I've used Skype for several years now and find it extremely valuable while traveling abroad. However, since version 2.7 each "beta" has been more and more buggy. Like other users, the latest versions crash constantly while launching and trying to log-in. I've tried clean systems (created a new account), permission repair, TechTool, and many other options but nothing works. I've repeatedly submitted a support request but Skype has never, ever responded (to this issue or others with my Skype account that I've requested help). The quality of service has gone done considerably over the year. I pay for Skype Pro yet the service is constantly interrupted and often quits working in some form (not the program--the service such as voice mail, or SkypeOut, etc.).

Bottom line is that I again went back to 2.7 as the last stable and reliable program on the Mac. I wish Skype had better support and ways to submit bugs and crashes (you cannot even send them a full crash log when it does crash, so how can they even begin to figure out the problem). They seemed to be focusing on the iPhone version and Windows and completely ignoring the Mac.
