I agree that this is a great home theater media center. I have been using it for 8 months. Used to use Appletvs prior to using plex, but they were too limited. Running Plex on two mac minis, one is the media server and the other functions as a client that picks up the movie, Tv, photo and itunes libraries that are shared by SMB from the main mini. Can play different movies on both minis at the same time without a problem. Scrapes the info and art for tv shows and movies very well. It plays just about every video format i have thrown at it. Its plugins for such things as Hulu, netflix, Pandora, etc. work pretty well and the library of plugins is expanding by the day. Several skins are available for it; Aeon is particularly good and the PlexxTV is a frontrow mimic. It has pretty good upscaling for standard def DVDs. It has a learning curve, but most good software does. The developers are very responsive and updates are frequent.
