I've used either the screen capture tools with Mac OS X or Snapz for years. In one fell swoop Voila replaced those. I like the interface and tools. It also give me a menu bar icon that greatly assists with using the app. It is the best of the best to me.

The only down side is that it currently doesn't do movie captures. If I want to make a screen cast, I still need to use Snapz.
