Premiere Pro Won't even Install on my BRAND NEW MacBook Pro!!

Used Product For: Less than a month

I have installed every other CS3 (and most CS4) apps on my mac w/o any problems and when I go to install Premiere Pro all it says is " Sorry Cannot Install... Please Quit" It's like the old "mean" program that I had in computer class in Elementary School (back in 1990) where all the error message would say was "SORRY, DOES NOT COMPUTE.... DOES NOT COMPUTE" but it wouldn't tell me why!!

If I can ever get it installed, I'm sure it will be great but this is FRUSTRATING!!

System Info:Mac Book Pro (BRAND NEW!) Running 10.5.6 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB RAM
