First off, I do agree that this app is overpriced and offers little or nothing to recommend it over sidenote. However, I don't think it's fair to call it stolen. There are dozens of applications in many categories that do similar things. How many web browsers and desktop email clients are there? How many word processors and office suites with similar functionality? There's nothing wrong with taking an idea and trying to improve upon it. It's called competition. This application may not be good value (or even good), but, as long as it uses its own original code, I hardly think it's fair to call it a rip-off.
