They are notorious for an almost arrogant level of disdain for their users, and for user requests. The app is frequently buggy, and seems to have been forever, and bugs remain for extensive periods of time without being resolved. A great app -- so long as you never need to ask them anything, get into trouble, or run into a bug. Then you're just out of luck.

Ridiculous.I can remember two fairly recent problems I've reported to the developer. In BOTH cases a fix was made and the new version made available on versiontracker the VERY SAME DAY.
Who could ask for better response. I guess the developer could park in your driveway, in case you need him. That, might please you.
