Existing users, 
I bought this program this weekend and it does not perform as the trial did. In fact. it installed Malware on my computer. I have tried to contact the company but have had no response. Funny, they were very helpful when I asked questions about the trial program.
I'd caution anyone who buys this program.

What exact malware does it install? No offense, but I think you guys got it wrong. This is a very easy and great app. I've also never had problems getting email responses either.Try some movies. It works the vast majority most of the time, and they make it easy to collect the data needed to make future versions work with discs that fail to rip. What more can you ask for?

I purchased this program in Jan..2009 and loved it. I went to use it and it said my trail period was over and I must buy it. I have tried sooooo many times to contact the site with my purchase info and never have had any response ,,,Maybe it's Rip Off instead of Rip It...Reply to This
