Do yourself a favor don't bother spending money when you can get the same "idea" for free...
At night turn on your FM radio and find a channel without any music/talk... you should just hear white noise (static). Adjust the volume so that its not too loud and its enough that you can hear the white noise.
You'll find that when trying to sleep the white noise will help reduce the ringing in your ear(s). I found it to be quite helpful in getting a good night's sleep.
Give it a try and I would love to hear from other suffers who have tried this.
Research Goggle and you will find a great many people who suffer Tinnitus have tried this method.
When someone who preys on suffers and says its "Cures" Tinnitus, is nothing but a bunch of BS. There is no cure, but there are ways of coping.

'Tinnitus Tamer'? Perhaps the reason the word 'Tamer' was chosen, as you suggested, was because a cure is impossible, other than severing the auditory nerve; then deafness prevails.Product marketing hinges on expression of illustrious terms, or more commonly, teleological hogwash. Suggested remedies are many and most may be as simple as white noise or background music. The others, well, how fat is your bank account?

I won't argue with your comment about radio static. However...
When someone who preys on suffers and says its "Cures" Tinnitus, is nothing but a bunch of BS.
The software is clearly called Tinnitus Tamer. Not Tinnitus Curer.
