If you are into this GTD thing, you have to try Things!
In companion with their iPhone app it really gets things done :-)

I just hope that they will introduce a straight-forward way to sync between multiple machines soon - or even a "multiuser Things" that allows small workgroups to "get things done" together (for instance via projects)
