This was created by some recent switcher from Windoze, who can't stand that the Mac OS does things differently. It curses the Mac OS with those hideous full-screen windows that waste vast amounts of screen space for no good reason.
And listen to this from the instructions: "Installation: copy the program to your Programs directory and run it."
My PROGRAMS DIRECTORY?!?

I'm a lifelong Mac user, and I think this is a great idea. I always like my Safari window to use the entire screen for maximum browsing space. Just because it's window behavior that you don't prefer, doesn't make it stupid.

I think the comment was aimed at the destination of the app, not the usefullness of it. There is no Programs Directory on a Mac. I like the app too.
