Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

Over many years not one burn error using CD, DVD, DVD+-DL, and BDR. Really the best performance track record of any program I have purchased. Recent version has very nice features that I used to drag recordings from the HD TIVO and put them on the ipod or apple TV. Works very well.

Always flawless and nice transfer of movies from TIVO - Robert Welch

How did you get the Toast 10.0.1 update? Roxio’s web site says there is a free Toast 10.0.1 update, but after logging in and clicking the download button to get to the download page, clicking the download button there goes to the customer support page with no option to get the update.

I tried to send email to Roxio, but that interface was messed up too, eventually leading to an error message saying that the page could not be found. Trying to send email, I had to log in several times successfully before being informed that I would need to create an account.

It is like reliving the nightmare of trying to but Toast 10 from their online store, when Roxio’s site was equally dysfunctional. I’ve never known another business that makes it as difficult as possible for customers to get its products. What are they thinking, are they thinking or do they just need a competent web developer?

I would really appreciate any clues about how to get the update.
