Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

I just downloaded Adobe Reader 9, because I need it to print things for a scanner that doesn't like Preview. It installed fine and works fine on the Intell MacBook Pro. However on my G5 PPC it says "cannot be installed on this machine". WTH, Versiontracker says it's good for PPC.

Won't install - helgalw

My Bad: Adobe gives two separate downloads and I didn't watch carefully. Got it now.

You picked Intel only version - Ilgaz

They got 2 versions, one for intel and one for PPC. You picked the wrong one from drop down menu or their menu had a bug which was fixed now.

Of course giving this hassle to users just not to make inosso decompressor universal is only possible with Adobe. :)
