As much as I'd like to buy v.11 (I've been a customer since v.5), Corel's horrendous customer service and insultingly slow bugfix/update cycles have convinced me to skip it.

Fair point, but your comment has nothing to do with the complaints the user made--so it has no bearing on his "Review." He won't use any new versions of this software because of Corel's customer service and their bad bug fixing policy--NOT because of the software itself.Whether you agree with his rationale or not, his point still stands.
