No information about this "upgrade" is available online. The download page says that users must contact technical support for information about the software changes from 11.6.2 to 11.6.3. Yet my repeated attempts to contact tech support at I.R.I.S. have failed. Phones calls never get answered and are routed to a voice mail. No one ever gets back to me. Neither have email requests been answered. I tried calling the corporate office in Del Ray, FL. Same deal. No answer. And since when does an "upgrade" cost $129.00? Is this a free upgrade for established users? Or is it a new version? All this is unclear. I think it smells fishy. Maybe I.R.I.S. is in trouble.
