... for listening and acting promptly to rectify the problem. You could, probably, improve the interface using the developer's application Interface Builder.

I would like also to suggest moving all the buttons to the top of the window - except for "Open Problem Folder" button which should stay at the bottom right - and making them blue with brush metal background.
