Unsanity has chosen to jump ship, and leave their loyal customer base screwed. DO NOT waste you money donated or buying a license as all you will be doing is throwing your money away. I deleted all my Unsanity haxies. Never again with Unsanity.

Embarrassed to say that after posting my "complaint" I discovered I was using APE 2.5.b1 (beta?). So downloaded 2.5.1, restarted, and all is well with WS. Works delightfully well. Still no response to my email but the app works.Tuesday, February 24 2009 @ 01:09 AM PST

Many years ago I purchased a license for Fruit Menu and the ever valuable WindowShadeXI've since lost access to the email address it was registered under, and the registration codes for my products. Upon reformatting my boot drive and installing an update to MacOS X, I lost the registration, and reinstalled the products I mentioned.
As I cannot access the email address I used to register these products so many years ago, I cannot use the automated code retrieval system on the site.
My question to the community and anyone at all who will read this is: If unsanity won't answer their email address or provide any email support at all, how am I supposed to get my products registered again which I rightfully purchased and have a right to use?

What makes you say this? I admit, I'm having trouble getting Windowshade to work again in 10.5.6 after reinstalling it (for other reasons), and Unsanity hasn't answered my question for at least 10 days. Are they out of business?Reply to This
