I haven't had a single problem with this program. I wanted to give Parallels a chance, but they never even responded to an initial e-mail inquiry I sent them. I figured that was a sign of support that would never come. The Fusion folks answered all of my inquiries and did so promptly. I've had no regrets buying Fusion.
