Its amazing how this type of information is not readily available in most of the high end audio applications - I've been struggling with some midi connectivity issues, and this application made the source of the problem obvious within 50 seconds of downloading the app from the web... It also looks like a good tool to help remember (or discover) what the meaning of MIDI cc messages are for any given instrument, etc.
