when this first arrived on the scene years ago, i was in love with it. i fired it up and sucked down hundreds of sites without a hitch... and that's even without adjusting any of the handful of configuration options. and then they added features to it... more and more configuration options. soon it just simply did not work anymore. not at all. not on any site. ever. i have spent hours and hours trying every possible combination of every setting and i get nothing but an index page from any site i try. i keep giving up, and then coming back, only to be angry, frustrated, and hopeless all over again.
