This is one great application. Just take a blank CD-R or DVD-R and use this app to burn on to it. Then use this app to add to that disk. You can't use another disk that's already been burned on, you have to start with this and use this, but that's cool, you don't waste all that disk space.

As for uninstalling applications. There are uninstallers that get rid of all files connected with any application. My two favorites are AppCleaner and AppZapper.
