since version 2.0 you can't use Spyder while having Little Snitch running.
usually you can chose to allow any connection to whatever application but somehow it does not work for this one.
asked the dev who was really willing to help me out but he finally gave up on this 'bug' so basically, I stopped using it too.

That's a bug in Little Snitch not Spyder. You should contact the Little Snitch developers and have them fix the problem.
