I saw this a Macworld and decided to buy it. I haven't been able to get it to work. I tried calling tech support and got a message that they were overloaded and not taking calls. I called the following day and finally got through after waiting quite awhile. I wasn't very impressed with tech support. We couldn't get NeatWorks to work, so they let me download an old version of NeatReceipts v 1.1.5. I was able to get that to work, but that's not what I want. I was told there was a known bug they were working on in NeatWorks. Hopefully it will get resolved soon, or I will send it back for a refund.
