It's very pretty, yes. Extremely slow and disk-intensive while cacheing all the artwork as another reviewer mentions, I don't know if it'll get faster once it's done. It doesn't show the size of searched artwork so you have to hit spacebar to preview every one. Most troubling of all is that it indicates missing artwork for many albums that do in fact have artwork in my library. This is a fatal flaw. If I can't trust it and have to go back to iTunes to check each result then it's a waste of time. Very expensive for what it does. I'll stick with Album Artwork Assistant, which is quite good, doesn't use disk space, and is free. It doesn't show which tracks are missing artwork, but I just keep it running all the time and when I see a track missing artwork I use it.
