It is by far the best looking and easiest to use product of its kind. However I have the same complaints as the other users:

The "iTunes" feature never worked. Audio files are supposed to be downloaded into the iTunes music folder and added to a playlist of your choice, never happened.

Other files are sometimes downloaded to the designated folder (in preferences) or to the default folder. No apparent logical reason for this.

Completed downloads are downloaded again upon re-launch of the app. if you haven't cleared them from your download window.

And my last major complaint: absolutely no means of reaching the developer!
