The SIT_000002 error is indeed a problem that needs to be sorted out. However Digital River and Roxio got back to me immediately (and I mean within minutes!) Roxio sent me some codes to type into a findmyorder.com web page and get to the download. I had it down and installed within an a couple of hours of the problem with Digital River.

My disappointment turned into my being very impressed with this level of service that I have never experienced before.
