Hi! Sorry if I am a Luddite, but I need to be walked through the download. I cannot open the icon on my desktop. It has a .zip postscript. I am in trouble b/c verizon bumped me to Fairpoint and I have gmail, which is what I want to use. i need my address book!!! Please help the not-so-swift!Thanks!!!

Hello! Can someone give me some help downloading? I have the A to Z icon on my desktop MacX5.5 and it is in .zip format. How do I get it to a usable format? Or, more simply, how do I get my address book into my gmail acct?I am a bit of a Luddite. Thanks!
