In fact it seems to be the ONLY such tool and...it just flat out no longer works. At least 90% of the time not. I agree, it used to be damned cool but, in OSX 10.5.6 it does nothing. Even the quit menu command is greyed out so a Force Quit is the order of the day after trying in vain once again to get it to do its tricks.
