Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

Straightforward, fast, shows files/folders being updated as they are copied over. Tried Time Machine several times - the idea quite seductive, but execution too touchy - never knew when it was going to fail. My main problem with Silverkeeper 2.0 is that it will not launch on my iMac core solo duo Leopard. But that is OK, since 1.1.4 works well, even though it says it is only for pre-Leopard. Anyway, very fast, even on USB 2.0, though I mostly use Firewire. Definitely faster t than Superduper and other alternatives to Time Machine. SK requires a bit more intervention than Time Machine, but it works once set up without intervention.
