As of 15th of Dez 2008 VectorNTI is no longer free - you are now required to pay a yearly fee to maintain your license and access your data.

Invitrogen just completely shot their credibility - not just as a software vendor but as a supplier too - by holding users data hostage to a ransom.

So kudos to all those who stayed with MacVector.
