Mind-bogglingly stupid omission

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

This won't let you upload to the "Profile Pictures" album, and Facebook won't let you set any profile pictures unless they're in that album, and of course the stupidest thing is that Facebook won't let you add photos to the Profile album from other albums. So there is no way to use this plugin to get profile pictures up. Unbelievable. Isn't anyone thinking about actual usage?

I hope the developers fix this stupid omission, either by removing the pointless restriction on uploading using this plugin, or by removing the pointless restriction on adding profile photos from other albums, or both!

Otherwise, this works fine for photos which you would never, ever want to use as profile pictures!
I am giving a low rating because the one omission is so glaring and pointless as to be absolutely inexcusable...

Yes you can make any photo your profile picture - DavidRavenMoon

You sure can make any photo a profile picture. You can even make a photo in someone else's photos, as long as you are tagged in it, as your profile picture. I just tried it.

Just go to the photo, and on the lower right hand corner is a little button that says [Share][+], and right under that it says:

Tag This Photo
*Make Profile Picture*
Report This Photo

There you go. You have to do this in the photo view, not the album or edit album view. The confusion is on the part of FaceBook.

This is also 100 times better than the built in iPhoto exporter, which doesn't let you pict an album to export to.
