From the developer's download page:

"In order to deliver the best experience possible, B*Gallery uses Java 6, which was released for Windows and Linux in late 2006. Unfortunately, Apple has only released Java 6 for 64-bit Intel machines running Leopard, therefore we are currently unable to offer B*Gallery packaged for OS X"

Very disappointing, as this looks like a great program and exactly what I'm looking for :-(
