Tried, it and it Screwed up my system, DO NOT USE IT! Supposedly blocks ads, doesn't and is a pain to remove. And only works on safari, if it works at all. had to go in the console and see what it's doing, I was running little snitch and it kept asking for requests for accessing things. Bah.

Bah, what a waste - waldstille
Little Snitch is one of the biggest pains in the ass I have ever encountered. Perhaps I am not aware of all the potential problems it keeps at bay, but it drove me crazy. I was very relieved when I finally got rid of it. If someone can tell me the benefits he or she personally has gotten from using it, I'd be interested and grateful.Tuesday, January 20 2009 @ 01:42 AM PST

LS keeps people from connecting to your computer without your approval. Firewalls do too, but LS is better. Once you get it set up, then you don’t get all the alerts you have to allow or not. Very good security product I feel.Saturday, January 24 2009 @ 09:19 PM PST
Works on my system - decadence
Of course you have to let GlimmerBlocker through Little Snitch, the same way you allow your browsers access to the internet.A pity you can't delete your unfair review.
