Despite of my numerous letters, newer attended. No one reply. It seems, that this guys are not very serious with the money.

It isn't believable story. Really.Our support team generally works in mode <b>10/5</b> (11:00am to 09:00pm, but often up to 03:00am next day + Sunday and Saturday)

There is many contact options - E-Mail, iChat, gTalk and ICQ...
Additionally our eSeller has its own support.
Anyway if a customer have a problem - eSeller tell us asap.
If we can't resolve the issue by some reason - the refund mechanism is possible.
Our site says about 30 days money back, but really the time is even much more.
