It is absolutely idiotic that we have to keep downloading the entire 1GB disk image just for minor version upgrades.

It's not whining just to call attention to this oversight or shortcoming. It's not unreasonable to expect of an IDE to have a built-in update mechanism. Telling someone to just develop on a PC simply because they dare to point out ways Apple's software could improve is absurd.

One star? So this means that this is among the worst apps available today.

Oh wait, the original post discusses only one issue, upgrading the app. Considering the overall features and capabilities, assigning one star because of one side-issue is indicative of an emotional response that is not informative and mature.
