Used Product For: Less than a month

I downloaded a copy to try out with my personal christmas card sending. The interface and work flow are so smartly designed that I really want to give this software a 5 star rating. However, the html I sent seems not to load in any of the hotmail type clients. Apple Mail and Outlook seem to be working fine. Why is that and how do I solve the problem?

System Info:MacBookPro3.1 OS10.5.5 Default mail client Apple Mail 3.5 Internet connection: Ethernet using DHCP Connection speed: 25 MB/s download, 20 MB/s upload
