Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

After installing the latest security update, several apple apps decided to crash at starting them up (Mail, Addressbook, Printer utility etc. etc.). You can solve this problem by 1. create a new admin user (e.g. Second admin) check the box where u can administer the computer. 2. Download the OS X 10.4.11 update, place it in the Apps folder (don't place it in a user specific folder, your'e going need it!) 3. Restart and log in as Second admin. 4. Repair permissions 5. reinstall the OS X 10.4.11 Updatepackage 6. restart and log in with your usal login name / Password Then everything should work again as usual. hope this helps Cheerio
