This update screwed up my mail app, now i cant read or write my emails, the mail app crash every time before read anything. Im so pissed off , also my macbook pro appears to be slower than before and this machine have four gigs of ram !!!
Im go back to 10.5.5 right now (thanks SuperDuper !!!).

Hmmmm....I just helped out a friend who was on 10.5.5 and was having the same problem (for weeks). She had no plugins installed. I tried all the troubleshooting steps anyone in Apple Discussions had mentioned, and nothing worked. As a last resort, I rebuilt her user, which worked. This is probably caused by an old and busted plug-in which is installed for Mail.app. Take a look in /Users/<username>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/ and look for log files starting with "Mail_". You should be able to work backward from this log file to determine what is responsible for the crash. Once you've identified the culprit, download the new version of the plug-in if the developer offers one.Reply to This
