After too many problems with Safari (since 3.1) I tried Camino last week.
Pro's: Far more stable than Safari.
Con's: Slower than Safari. Opens a bit quicker but pages with lot's of flash are much slower to load. Although you can see them, the links respond ponderously slow and scrolling is non-responsive or jumpy. This lasts a while then finally tames down. I think the issue is blocked Flash. I use SafariBlock in Safari and perhaps it does a better job than whatever Camino uses.
Once Safari settles down, I'll probably go back. If it does not, Camino is ok.

I had the non-responsive/jumpy scrolling, too. A major source of frustration. I'll give the new release a try, but I'm not hopeful.Reply to This
