Software downloads corrupted + Record on Version tracker needs updating

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

As of today, Dec-12,08, Version tracker is incorrect about the developer. It is no longer Koingo Software.
The software was sold to BKeeney Software, http://www.bkeeney.com/

Beware:
Another issue with the download is that it downloads (with Safari) as a 7-Mb file named "font_pilot.dmg.bz2". When trying to process this file with Stuffit expander, it becomes a 29Mb corrupted .dmg file that cannot be mounted.

BKeeney Software says on their website, without further explanation as to the reason:
"Is Safari downloading your file with a .bz2 extension?
Simply rename the file and remove the .bz2 extension. You can then double-click on the resulting dmg file to mount it."

Doing just that solves the problem. Jus to check, I tried with Camino, and the downloaded file has just the correct .dmg extension.

Note: If someone could bring some light on that .bz extension, I'd appreciate. I have seen it before; what is it all about?
