Recommend Product: YES

With this and Perian I have no trouble with cross-platform QuickTime files or viewing just about anything. However, this download isn't 0.9.8a but just plain 0.9.8, advises there's an update available, then downloads the same non-a file. Although I think VLC is great, it's sure taking a long time getting to 1.0.
