Appears to be an upload peer limit

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: YES

Started using Transmission with 1.41b1 and have updated to 1.41b3.

I have noticed that when I am seeding, the number of peers that receive uploading is 'limited' to 15. This is independent of the number of torrents that I have active as the limit of 15 occurs when I have 1 torrent active or 10.

The peers 'in waiting' report: "Peer wants you to upload, but you do not want to (interested and choked)".

I have plenty of bandwidth, so that is not the issue; I can offer some three times the amount of transmission bandwidth that Transmission typically uses. The peer uploading limit occurs even when all active torrents (or just with 1 active) are marked with 'unlimited' bandwidth for uploading. There must be something else besides bandwidth limits that is causing the choke. But what?

I tried version 1.34 and I noticed the same peer limit for uploading, but the count was 13 rather than 15.

Maybe I have setup my prefs incorrectly (but I have tried many permutations) or there may be a built-in limitation that I cannot adjust.

In the larger view, this is no big deal but I do wish I could seed to more peers and reduce their frustration.
