I just started using version 5, since it was just released today... Nice improvements. The clipboard manager is a good addition. I'd been using Copy/Paste Pro and will see if this can substitute.
Other stuff is great, but I really just use the base functionality. The calculator, for instance, is nifty, but I'd rather use pCalc.
I love the stability of LaunchBar. I don't know what the support is like since I've never needed it.
I'm still surprised that a launch utility like this has no hotkey launch ability. Quicksilver does. DragThing does. This is a launcher, right? It's called "Launch"Bar. It will launch applications for sure, but never without several steps. I can open an app with QuickSilver or DragThing with a single key press. If I spend most of my time in 4 or 5 applications, and flipping between them constantly, the single key press saves a lot of time.
Still... this is clearly a 5 star app. It does what it does so well, it's hard to criticize it.
