Cabos makes for VERY high use of the CPU. Acqlite, in contrast, though it has other problems of its own, uses very little of the CPU. So while using Cabos, be prepared to have your fans kick in and to experience quite a drag on your system for other running apps.

As an addendum to my comment, I report high use of CPU at least on Intel-based Macs.
