There is no upgrade arrangement from Version 2 to Version 3 although that is not made clear until you download the new version. If you want to upgrade, you pay the full freight. I’ll pass.

Well, I just performed an upgrade from version 2 to version 3 for some $5 - so there is definitely an upgrade option available. So far, Wallet 3 works nicely and has some useful new features, although I have some troubles with the MobileMe sync...
