Re: Make sure that the Enabled and Connect cable at startup options are selected in the Device Status area.
- a dialog comes up and says I do not have a hardware adaptor.

I spent over 10 hours attempting to get the new 4.0 to oonnect to the internet and my lan based printers. And, I don't have 10 hours to spend on this - truly frustrating.

I read almost all of the documentation (which is lacking), reinstalled over 3 times and finally gave up and reinstalled 3.0 using the backup. At least everything works there.

Very - very -disappointed in this release, especially since previous version were easy to setup and use. I can not recommend the upgrade based on my experience.
