Buggy product, and total failure to respond to support requests. (Really, “total” failure - not a peep. It’s like they aren’t even there.) Abandonware is not welcome in the Mac indie software community. VersionTrackers, rise up! Spank this developer with bad reviews here and on MacUpdate.

So it's not just me, huh? iClipboard 2.1 completely stopped working for me; I get a "something something Clipboard Data won't open" error message every time I try to launch the app. I have submitted three tickets to Chronos regarding this, and all have been ignored (save the automated receipt acknowledgements--the extent of Chronos' "tech support" as far as I can tell). Some of you may also recall the major fiasco that was the Sticky Brain to SOHO Notes "upgrade." Chronos has stolen its last dime from me. How is this developer staying in business? Seriously, is there any word about a possible class action lawsuit against these guys? I mean, the last time I checked it was illegal to charge inflated prices for buggy software, then run and hide when your customers call you on it.Reply to This
