I actually downgraded from S/deluxe 11 to S/standard 13 because I never really used the Deluxe functions [all the way from S/deluxe 5].
For $15 to upgrade, it's cheaper than many of the other Compress/Uncompress programs and none of the other applications [that I could find] have the same ease of drag'n'drop use for compressing and uncompressing - drag onto icon to compress and double-click to decompress.
For some reason, almost all the compress/decompress applications seem to have gone the Windows route and create a window with the files shown, then need some other action to compress - not what want.
I would use the Leopard Compress/Uncompress utility [and I rather would], but it creates individual zip files from a group of file - not much good to me.
I downloaded S/standard, removed S/deluxe and have had no problems...
...So even though it's not as "powerful" as many of the other compress/decompress applications, it does what I need [compress/decompress zip files easily and quickly, with drag'n'drop simplicity] - and that's what I care about.
