As useful as this app could be to me, the demo is extremely unstable and/or just plain doesn't work. It's locked up on me more times than not, whether just launching the app or trying to save/export a session//movie.
When launched, the app claims there is an update for 2.96 but it just takes you to the main website and the only link there is for the same version (2.4)

The stability issue has been fixed in the Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5) version of MovieChapterizer. The "new release available" message you are getting refers to the new Leopard version. When running on Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4) you can turn off the preference that checks for new versions as 2.4 was the final version for Tiger.Reply to This
