I bought Parallels when it first came out. Then I was a beta tester like all other registered users. Finally I gave up and switched to VMware.

Its nice to use a product that works. If you are in business, and depend on reliability, how could you use this product. There is no support other than that which is user based and when the company comes out with new features or fixes they let the public test it.
