Hey Roxio,
why do you force you customers to register for a bug-fix? That is such a lame policy. And now even that I actually DID register, your 9.0.4 download still won't start.
Gush! Rethink this crappy and unusable policy. It just eats up all the time of your customers when they have to bother with stupid registrations. Just make the bug-fix available to everyone.

Safari won't work here, like an earlier poster already found out.Try Firefox (or Camino - don't know whether other non-Apple browsers will work, too). That did it for me.
